Today we watched a presentation from Emily Downing and Arcadia (Lulu) Kaiser. They were presenting on the topic of art. Their main question was what is art? And what can be considered as art? Mainly everyone had a different opinon on what can be considered art. After Emily and Lulu gave their definitions of art they gave us various pictures of picasso and asked us did we think that they should be considered art. Emily McNaughton gave a very interesting opinion. “what people consider art is their opinion.” I agreed with her statement 100% Art is ones own opinon. My stick figures may not be art in picassos mind, but it definitely exists as art in mine. This is why I believe it is impossible to grade art. Nudity is art also. The more nudity the more artistic it is. This is because the body itself is a work of art. DOMINATION HA HABLADO!!!!
